These Terms and Conditions govern your use of reinventingrealty.co and your participation in the Reinventing Real Estate SMS program operated by Ryan R. Gallop, a California real estate salesperson affiliated with Real Brokerage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description
When you expressly opt in, the Reinventing Real Estate SMS program sends conversational messages related to your real estate inquiry and requested services. Messages may include responses to questions, requested property information, appointment coordination and reminders, showing updates, and real estate transaction communications. We do not use this opt-in to send unrelated third-party marketing.
Opt-in and consent
You may opt in by entering your mobile number on our website contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting it. The checkbox is optional and is not preselected. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and authorize us to send text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also request an opt-out by calling (760) 239-9009 or emailing ryan@reinventingrealty.co.
